ELEVAI SHIPPING POLICY (effective 10/16/2026)

Where We Ship

ELEVAI ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Charges for expedited shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. Sales tax is charged where required by law.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will notify you by email with a revised shipping date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel, we will refund your payment promptly.

Order Changes and Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, contact us at Info@elevaiskincare.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it ships. Once an order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy apply.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. ELEVAI is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you to reship it at your cost or issue a refund minus the actual cost of original shipping.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at Info@elevaiskincare.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. Include your order number and, for damage, photos of the product and box. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.

If tracking shows your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Temperature

Some products may be sensitive to heat. Please bring packages indoors promptly after delivery and store products as directed on the label.
