We have already entered a service provider addendum with Google. We use Facebook Ads to advertise and market our services to you. We have already enabled the Limited Data Use feature with respect to Facebook Pixel. Remarketing and Advertising Opt-out:
We use remarketing services to inform, optimize, and serve ads on third-party websites to you based on your use of our website and social media. How We Use Personal Information

We collect and use your personal information as described in Annex 1 below.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Processors

Elevai uses third-party vendors for payment processing and payment transactions. Our third-party processors use payment-related information as necessary and appropriate to fulfill requests to process payment transactions, facilitate billing, and otherwise deliver payment services. Because we use these vendors to process credit card payments and to store associated payment data, Elevai does not collect, store, or access any credit card information submitted online.

Intended Audience of Websites, COPPA Compliance

We are following the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and other applicable privacy laws. Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13. As a result, our website does not request or knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are not 13 or older, you should not visit or use our website. If we learn that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the Website without verified parental consent, then we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

Security

We take appropriate steps to protect personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, whether in transmission or storage. Do Not Track Notice: Because there are not yet common, industry-accepted “do not track” standards and systems, our Website does not respond to Do Not Track signals. Elevai has two sources of information for Users and Customers.  They are:  1) You, when you sign up for an account, communicate with us via phone, email, or other contact method or otherwise interact with us including through marketing communications; and 2) your computer or mobile device, through your online activities and interactions with us, including, without limitation, your online activity on our Site and your use of our services.  Specific information related to each source is provided below.
